Enabling 2 Factor Authentication

To increase your login security with 2fa follow these steps:

  1. Upon entering the portal, click on your profile picture, which is positioned in the top-right area of the screen.

  2. Then click on Authentication. You will be directed to this page:



  1. Next, click on Set Up under the Email Authentication section.

  2. A window will pop up which show your email, if its correct click on Send OTP

  3. Once you get the email that contains the OTP pin enter it in the portal for the initial setup.



  1. Then you can enable email 2FA by switching the Enforce 2FA option down below.
